exchange tickets like a pro

patron exchanging tickets at the box office

Exchanging tickets can be done at the box office, as seen in this weird AI-generated illustration, but it’s much easier when done online.

Remember the holidays, when you had 18 tickets to Irving Berlin’s White Christmas, but then your cousin Jerry got the flu, and you had to figure out how to move all 18 tickets to the next Saturday, but just kidding because 6 of the 18 want to go on Friday and 2 of those 18 would prefer a Sunday matinee (closing weekend if possible)? It gets tricky…especially when a call to the Daleko box office doesn’t always result in an immediate solve to your problem (we’re trying, you guys).

Enter: THE ONLINE TICKET EXCHANGE FORM.

Filling out an online ticket exchange form is the easiest way to get a ticket exchange going.
Here’s how it works:

Visit dalekoarts.com and hover over About. Then click on Box Office.

Scroll down until you see the EXCHANGE TICKETS button. Click that bad boy.

That’ll bring up the Ticket Exchange Form. Fill it out, hit “submit,” and you’re set!

Once your request is submitted, someone from the Daleko box office team will get in touch with you to let you know your exchange was honored, or follow up with additional info.

Don’t forget that every exchange is subject to a pesky $2/ticket exchange fee (unless you’re a Season Member), so do your best to avoid them whenever possible. Or shower Daleko with exchange fee money; that’s fine, too :)
